Students are the only ones who can authorize the release of information from their student records, including their financial records via Third Party Access.

If you are a newly admitted student who has not submitted your Statement of Intent to Register and want to submit an appeal with Financial Aid & Scholarships, please submit your appeal and supporting documentation via documentation via the MyUCLA Message Center under the “Financial Aid: Newly Admitted- Submit Documents” queue.
