UCLA students (continuing and new admits who submitted their Student Intent to Register) will upload required documentation or appeals using the Bruin Financial Aid Portal.

If you were selected for Identity Verification on your Bruin Financial Portal and are unable to complete the process in person, please follow the instructions outlined in the 2026–2027 Identity Verification – Notary.

26/27 Newly Admitted Students (Appeal Forms)

If you are a newly admitted student who has not submitted your Statement of Intent to Register and want to submit an appeal with Financial Aid & Scholarships, please submit your appeal and supporting documentation via documentation via the MyUCLA Message Center under the “Financial Aid: Newly Admitted- Submit Documents” queue.
